Creamy and resonant on the palate, the 2024 Carillon is laced with dark cherry/plum fruit, new leather, spice, menthol, espresso and a kiss of French oak. There’s terrific textural depth and resonance here. I especially like the way the 2024 explodes on the back end. This is beautifully done.
